NOC Status

Capital Smart City

The No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Capital Smart City Islamabad has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). The NOC status, including its progression and approvals, reflects the project’s compliance with legal and regulatory standards, making it a secure investment option.

NOC Milestones:

  • November 17, 2017: Initial NOC approved for 2,000 Kanal.
  • September 21, 2019: Extended approval granted for an additional 7,376 Kanal.
